Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in HRIS, HR technology or related digital HR environments.
• Experience in multinational or international organizations is highly desirable.
• Ability to write functional requirements and business specifications.
• Strong reporting, analytics and dashboarding capabilities.
• Familiarity with ticketing and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the HR technology platform.
• Lead HRIS projects and enhancements across a multinational environment.
• Provide advanced functional support to HR teams and key users.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Monitor system availability, reliability and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and operating procedures.
• Train and support key users while developing HR teams' system knowledge.
• Lead the assessment, testing and deployment of system releases and enhancements.
• Coordinate updates across HR, IT and external service providers.
• Communicate system changes and new functionalities to end users.
• Gather and prioritize enhancement requests from HR stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize the HRIS solution to support evolving business needs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and UX.
• Act as the functional lead for integrations with other HR systems.
