Adnovum in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a Working Student Project Office Manager to support the AI@Adnovum program. You will help drive adoption and scaling of AI across the company by creating transparency, improving collaboration, and keeping program activities on track.

Your responsibilities include coordinating the program structure, organizing steering meetings, following up on actions, and preparing status reports.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and organizational change.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze information, create concise summaries, and prepare professional presentations.
• Strong communication skills in German and English mandatory.

Mansioni

• Coordinating and maintaining the overall program structure, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action tracking
• Organizing, facilitating, and documenting steering meetings, workstream sessions, and stakeholder updates
• Following up on decisions, action items, and deliverables to ensure reliable execution across teams
• Preparing status reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and management updates for different audiences
• Supporting program governance and planning activities together with the program lead
• Maintaining program documentation and ensuring information is up to date, structured, and easily accessible
• Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and coordination gaps, and proactively driving resolution
• Supporting internal communication efforts and translating program progress into clear and understandable messages
