Zusammenfassung

Adnovum AG in Zurich is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to shape and operate our internal AI-native software delivery platform. You will join a hands-on team with ownership of end-to-end platform engineering, DevOps and SRE practices in a customer-focused environment.

You will collaborate with engineering groups to evaluate new AI capabilities, drive secure and observable software delivery, and ensure cost transparency while maintaining governance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic software development.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift or similar container platforms.
• Security best practices, identity management, and secrets handling.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and operate the AI-Native Software Factory platform.
• Establish quality gates, testing and verification mechanisms.
• Curate engineering standards, templates, and architecture guidance.
• Manage observability, security controls and policy guardrails.
• Oversee platform configuration, LLM access and cost transparency.
• Support project onboarding and secure project isolation.
• Drive continuous improvement via telemetry and delivery metrics.
