Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a large international industrial organization to recruit an HR Project Manager. Reporting to a senior HR Business Partner, you will coordinate HR initiatives, talent processes, and strategic projects across an international population within a matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates hold an HR-related degree, have experience in HR operations or HR project management, and can navigate multiple regions. Fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Project Management, or a Junior HRBP function.
• Exposure to an international and matrixed environment would be a strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor a variety of strategic HR projects supporting business transformation and operational excellence.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Support organizational transformation projects and workforce initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure effective implementation of actions.
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and project documentation for leadership teams.
