Job summary

The Global Fund in Geneva seeks a seasoned professional to advance HRH and CHW programming within primary health care systems. You will support country teams, coordinate the Strategic Initiative on CHWs, and work across Global Fund teams to strengthen program delivery and sustainability.

Your role emphasizes technical guidance, regional partnership development, and robust project management to ensure timely, high-quality support for women and children in health services.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and supplier management experience.
• Experience with country-facing technical support in HRH/CHW programming.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify risks and drive evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to country teams on HRH/CHW programming.
• Lead the Strategic Initiative on Integrated Community and Health Services (CHW component).
• Support internal functions and collaboration across Global Fund teams.
