Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Strategy Officer to support the six-year Strategy and policy evolution through rigorous research, analysis, and coordination. You will work within the Strategy, Policy & Partnerships team to inform strategic choices and organizational positions.

You will synthesize evidence and stakeholder perspectives, contribute to governance materials, and help operationalize strategy across funding models, KPIs, and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience distilling and synthesizing key strategic points from research and discussions.
• Experience drafting concise reports capturing key points from meetings or input.
• Experience developing high-quality presentations to communicate strategic messages.

Responsibilities

• Undertake high-quality information gathering and analysis in public health and development to support strategy development.
• Undertake landscape analyses of HIV, TB, malaria and health systems for multi-year strategies.
• Prepare for and support high-level meetings with stakeholders, developing materials and reports.
• Synthesize conclusions and strategic takeaways from diverse input.
• Develop succinct strategic materials to guide stakeholder input and decision-making.
• Draft board and committee materials and present strategic directions.
