Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Strategy Officer to support the development and evolution of its six-year strategy and policies through high-quality research and analysis. You will collaborate across the Strategy, Policy & Partnerships team to deliver strategic direction and to prepare materials for senior management and governance.

Qualifications

• First degree in public health, international development, development economics, business administration or a related field.
• Experience in international development, health or multi-lateral organization is required.
• Ability to distill and synthesize key strategic points from research and discussions.
• Experience drafting concise reports and high-quality presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information in public health and development for strategy development.
• Conduct landscape analyses on HIV, TB, malaria, health systems and development indicators.
• Prepare materials for senior management and governance.
• Synthesize conclusions and strategic takeaways from diverse inputs.
• Develop succinct and strategic materials to guide stakeholder input and decisions.
• Draft Board and Committee presentations and materials.
• Support strategy operationalization including funding models, KPI metrics, and grant lifecycle.
