The Global Fund in Geneva seeks a Specialist for HRH and CHW programming to support HRH/CHW initiatives within the RSSH and PPR teams. You will serve as the technical focal point for francophone country portfolios and manage the CHW-focused Strategic Initiative.

You bring strong HRH/CHW experience, project management skills, and collaboration with governments and partners, fluent in French and English. This fixed-duration role runs through December 2029 and is primarily French-speaking.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Medicine/Public Health with 10+ years post-degree experience.
• Experience delivering HRH/CHW technical support and primary health care projects.
• Strong project and supplier management experience.
• Experience collaborating with governments and technical partners.
• French and English language proficiency essential.

• Provide technical advice to country teams on HRH/CHW programming and integration.
• Lead regional initiative processes and reporting for Strategic Initiative on CHW programming.
