Job summary

The Global Fund in Geneva is seeking a Program Officer for RSSH & PPR within the Strategy, Investment & Evidence Division. The role supports GC8 Strategic Initiatives and Gates funded grants, managing >US$50M and coordinating procurement, financial controls and reporting.

You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across sourcing, finance, CI PMO and governance bodies, handling planning, contract management and knowledge sharing to deliver impact in international health and

Qualifications

• University degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience in SI management, grant management, financial or procurement roles at Global Fund.
• Strong project management, analytical, and data presentation skills.
• Experience with third-party suppliers and international development.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• English fluent; French knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and funds integration: coordinate with Sourcing, Finance, Legal and CI PMO.
• Progress monitoring and performance management: track deliverables and risks.
• Contract and financial management: admin focal point for third-party suppliers; manage forecasts and invoices.
• Reporting: routine reporting to CI PMO and Finance; monitor investments.
• Team support: coordinate meetings and logistics; support communications.
• Knowledge management and continuous improvement: standardize processes; maintain SI/Gates materials.
