Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Specialist in Human Resources for Health and Community Health Worker programming within the RSSH/PPR team. The role focuses on francophone country portfolios, CHW programming, and regional partnerships, with responsibilities in TA design, reporting, and strategic initiative leadership.

Essential qualifications include an advanced degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, strong project and supplier management, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Medicine, Public Health, or equivalent with at least 10 years of post-degree experience.
• Strong technical competencies in HRH and CHW programming, PHC and community service delivery.
• Experience designing TA and quality assuring TA products.
• Strong project and supplier management.
• Experience working with diverse teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to country teams on HRH/CHW programming and ensure timely implementation of investments.
• Lead the Strategic Initiative on Integrated Community and Health Services, including TA provider selection and performance monitoring.
• Support Global Fund teams with internal collaboration, evidence synthesis and learning dissemination.
