Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a People Operations Specialist based in Switzerland to support a growing international People function. This fully remote role handles employee documentation, HR data, benefits administration, reporting, and people systems while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements across a distributed workforce.

You will own documentation, lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, maintain data quality in HRIS, coordinate benefits, and prepare HR analyses for

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• Experience with HRIS and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication in an international environment.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and technology in HR.
• Comfortable working in a distributed, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee documentation processes, including agreements, amendments, terminations, and related documents.
• Support lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding with consistent documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and other People-related systems.
• Coordinate benefits administration across an international workforce.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and data analyses for stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and turn data into insights.
• Maintain up-to-date HR content and communications.
• Publish People updates through company channels.
