Job summary

LGT Private Banking is seeking an experienced HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist to lead the digitalization of HR processes and the design of AI-enabled HR solutions. You will work on Workday enhancements, data governance and the internal Lumen AI platform to deliver trusted HR data and efficient employee experiences.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and external partners to roll out pragmatic HR AI use cases, while ensuring data quality and compliant governance across the HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification in HR, IT, Business Information Systems, Data/Analytics or related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in HR technology and HR digital transformation; practical Workday experience is essential.
• Proven experience in maintenance, configuration and development of HR processes and reports in Workday.
• Experience in data quality management, governance and data analysis; ability to define pragmatic standards.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including developing and testing use cases or agents; HR applications and responsible AI practices are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the further digitalization of HR processes in collaboration with HR teams, IT and external partners.
• Develop, test and share HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen from idea through rollout and improvement.
• Identify and address HR data quality issues and implement data standards, responsibilities and controls.
• Ensure quality, consistency and effective use of HR data across Workday and connected systems; support interfaces with IT.
• Maintain, optimize and further develop Workday processes, reports and configurations.

Job Description

At LGT, we are further developing HR through digital solutions, reliable data and the responsible use of AI. To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist to join our HR Services & Digital Transformation team.

In this role, you will combine hands-on Workday development with the design and delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled HR solutions. You will help shape the future HR organization and its ways of working by developing processes, digital solutions and our global HR platform, Workday. You will turn HR needs into practical solutions by building, testing and rolling out HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, LGT's internal AI platform, and refining them based on feedback. A strong focus on data quality, governance and trusted HR data will underpin this work.

Requirements

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data/Analytics or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in HR technology and HR digital transformation; practical Workday experience is essential.
• Proven experience in the maintenance, configuration and further development of HR processes and reports in Workday.
• Experience in data quality management, data governance and data analysis, with the ability to define pragmatic standards and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including developing and testing use cases or agents; experience with HR applications and responsible AI practices is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills.
• A collaborative, proactive and curious mindset, combined with a high degree of ownership, integrity, discretion and customer orientation.
