Job summary

Liip, a Swiss digital agency with four locations, seeks an HR Specialist to join the People Experience Team. You will be the first point of contact for Liip employees in Zurich and St. Gallen and own the full employee journey for 50+ people. You’ll balance on-site HR duties with strategic initiatives and be exposed to responsible AI in HR.

You speak German and English fluently and thrive in a self-organised, agile environment, collaborating across locations while delivering day-to-day HR support.

You join the People Experience Team!

We’re a team of six people with different responsibilities along the employee journey and organisational development. We work closely together, distributed over four locations (Zurich, Bern, Lausanne and Fribourg) and meet regularly on site in one of the offices. Furthermore, we have cultivated a strong learning environment, where people can thrive in their strengths while constantly learning new skills.

A day as an HR Specialist

• You are the first point of contact for Liip employees in Zurich and St. Gallen and an equal partner for lead roles at the sites.
• You are responsible for the full employee journey for more than 50 people.
• You’re sporadically recruiting up to 3 positions in parallel.
• Being present and approachable matters to you: You work mostly on-site in Zurich to build on direct contact.
• Depending on your personal HR expertise (e.g. payroll, compensation, L&D, …), you can set a focus on additional roles.

Your profile as an HR Specialist

• You are experienced in most parts of the employee journey.
• You enjoy working in a self-organised, agile environment, where context switching is part of our daily business.
• You appreciate working on day-to-day business as well as HR projects.
• You speak German and English fluently.
• You enjoy working in the digital world and are curious about the responsible use of AI in HR.
