Zusammenfassung

ANAVIA is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage day-to-day HR administration, payroll coordination with Finance, and the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records, confidentiality, and compliant HR documentation.

With 2–5 years of experience and strong German and English skills, you will coordinate onboarding, work permits, benefits, and respond to employee inquiries in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of HR administration experience.
• Solid understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage day-to-day HR administration.
• Coordinate payroll preparation with the Finance Department.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee onboarding, including visa and work permit procedures.
• Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, certificates.
• Be first point of contact for HR policies and benefits.
