Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a multilingual Product & Requirements Specialist to shape the roadmap for our employment certificate tool in a SaaS HR tech context. You will gather and translate customer needs into concrete user stories, guide features end-to-end, and work closely with software developers and HR experts.

Responsibilities include conducting workshops, supporting new customer implementations, and assisting with training and ongoing support.

Qualifikationen

• Near-native proficiency in French and English (C1/C2).
• Experience in a SaaS, software, or HR tech environment.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in digital products.
• Experience writing user stories.
• Ability to translate customer needs into concrete requirements.

• HR environment experience is a plus.
