You will develop and implement business development strategies, build long-term relationships with customers and partners, and contribute to innovation and automation in daily operations. Fluency in German and English (French a plus) and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success in an international SME environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, or product management.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• High level of initiative and strong assertiveness.
• Professional experience in an international industrial SME environment and in medical technology is an advantage.
