Job summary

Crypto Finance Group in Zurich is seeking a hands-on HR professional who thrives on operational HR and recruitment. You will join a small team and support the full employee lifecycle at our Prime Tower office, with a focus on accuracy, discretion, and timely execution.

The role covers HR administration, end-to-end recruitment, payroll support, HR systems maintenance (Personio, Workable), and budget-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR services or HR administration.
• Proven recruitment expertise across the full lifecycle, incl. tech roles.
• Completed HR-related education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent German and English at business level.
• Strong IT skills with HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers and interview scheduling.
• Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers.
• Maintain HR systems like Personio and Workable; drive data quality.
• Manage HR budgets and reporting; ensure audit readiness.
• Provide cross-functional HR project support with ownership.
