Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Services / HR Administration or similar.
• Proven recruitment expertise across the full lifecycle, especially for technology roles.
• Completed HR-related education, training, or equivalent practical HR experience.
• Excellent German and English skills (business level in English).
• Strong IT skills, ideally with hands‑on experience in HR software (e.g., Personio, Workable) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• HR Administration: End‑to‑end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding and payroll inquiries.
• Recruitment: End‑to‑end coordination of recruitment activities, including job ads, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Payroll Support: Perform four‑eye reviews and respond to payroll inquiries.
• HR Systems & Tools: Maintain HR systems and implement updates and improvements.
• Budget Administration: Support HR budget management and invoicing with Finance.
• HR Projects & General Support: Provide administrative support across HR topics and projects.
• Internal & External Reporting: Support HR reporting and maintain audit‑ready records.
