Zusammenfassung

Batgroup is seeking a Head of HR-Administration to lead payroll, HR admin, and invoicing across Batmaid, Putzfrau, and Batsoft. Reporting to the COO, you will guide a skilled team and ensure compliant, efficient operations for our field workforce.

You will champion Swiss labor law, audits, and governance, optimize processes, and travel weekly to Zurich. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and fluency in French and English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in administrative, HR, or payroll teams.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, payroll operations, and compliance.
• Experience managing complex audits (AHV/AVS, LAA, CLA/CCT) and cross-brand governance.
• Preferred: practical knowledge of SwissSalary and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Willingness to travel to Zurich weekly.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end payroll via SwissSalary ensuring accurate payments.
• Manage annual salary announcements in line with Swiss law.
• Lead HR admin tasks: contracts, certificates, terminations, warnings.
• Supervise invoicing for Batmaid and Batsoft brands.
• Provide regular reports and KPI insights to the COO.
