Zusammenfassung

Batgroup is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead our HR and payroll operations across Batmaid, Putzfrau, and Batsoft brands. You will report to the COO and manage a team to ensure compliant, accurate payroll and data integrity for our field workforce in Switzerland.

You will own governance, audits, and invoicing operations while bridging HR administration with legal and finance. This role requires travel to Zurich weekly and fluency in French and English, with German a strong plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in admin/HR/payroll teams.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading regulatory and external audits (AHV/AVS, LAA/UVG) and cross-brand governance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end field payroll processing across brands.
• Manage HR administration including contracts, certificates, and terminations under Swiss law.
• Supervise client invoicing and collections processes.
• Lead internal governance, audits, and cross-brand compliance programs.
