Avaloq AG in Switzerland offers a 9‑month temporary HR Operations position. You will partner with People Advisors and HR colleagues to support our Swiss entities, with locations in Zurich, Ticino (Bioggio) and Geneva.

Key tasks include handling the full employee lifecycle (on-boarding to off-boarding), preparing contracts and amendments, maintaining employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, advising staff, and supporting payroll with our external provider.

• Handle the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Prepare employee contracts, amendments, and reference letters
• Maintain and manage employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Provide advice and support to employees on HR-related queries
• Support payroll tasks and liaise with the external payroll provider

Jobbeschreibung

Together with other HR Operations professionals, in close cooperation with People Advisors and other HR colleagues, you will be mainly supporting our legal entities in Switzerland, with location in Zurich, Ticino (Bioggio) and Geneva, but also involved in HR administration tasks for other European countries.

We offer a temporary position of 9 months.

Your key tasks

• Support in the management of HR administration tasks related to the full life cycle of the employee (from on-boarding to off-boarding, including work permit management, family allowance requests, etc.)
• Preparation of employee related documentation (e.g. contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, work confirmations)
• Management of employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM system including electronic employee files management
• Providing support and advisory to employees for their requests and questions
• Support in the management of payroll related tasks and relationship with our external payroll provider
