The role covers workforce planning, succession planning and capability building in a complex, multicultural environment.

You will support recruitment and onboarding for designated business areas, promote diversity and inclusion, and analyse HR metrics to enable data-driven decision

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years HR experience in international environments.
• Min 3–4 years as HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and employment practices.
• Experience with workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
