Zusammenfassung

CERN - The European Research Center of Particle Physics is looking for a dedicated team member to support day-to-day operation of Hospitality activities, including accommodation-related contracts and service coordination for the CERN community. You will work under the Housing Manager to ensure high-quality service and timely responses to user requests.

Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with CERN Open Days 2027 catering.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, accommodation or customer service is preferred.
• Interest in service coordination and event support for large institutional events.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day operation of Hospitality activities and contracts.
• Monitor service quality, contract performance and operational indicators.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist with organizing CERN Open Days 2027 catering.
