CERN is seeking an HR Support Officer to join the People eXperience and Engagement team. You will support student, graduate and staff journeys by handling HR administration, answering queries, and delivering tailored HR services.
The role emphasizes confidentiality, proactive service, and teamwork within a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will present HR topics, handle contractual actions, and engage with diverse communities.
Join our Human Resources People eXperience and Engagement team of HR Coordinators and HR Advisors to play a key role in shaping the employee journey at CERN, supporting a diverse community of students, graduates, and staff while navigating a dynamic and evolving environment, by designing and delivering tailored HR support, services, and policies. If you have an eye for detail and a genuine interest in people and HR matters, are keen to gain a deep understanding of HR processes, and develop your interpersonal skills, then this is the right position for you.

Contract duration: 24 months, with a possible extension up to 36 months maximum.
