CERN - European Organization for Nuclear Research in Geneva invites you to join the IT-DI-COE section to advance Education, Communication and Outreach through web and knowledge-management initiatives.
You will help migrate and redesign the CERN IT website using WordPress, improve information architecture for staff, researchers, and global partners, and support events with efficient processes. Training and collaboration across teams are integral to the role.
You will be joining the COE section (Communication, Outreach and Education), part of the Department Infrastructure group (IT-DI). IT-DI provides services to the department ranging from the architecture and the deployment of the CERN computing facilities to the laboratory computing security and the relations with the CERN user communities and general public.
Job flexibility: Hybrid
A monthly net stipend between 5266-5793 Swiss Francs per month depending on your degree.
30 days of paid leave per year plus 2 weeks annual closure.

The IT Department designs, operates, and evolves CERN’s core computing and digital infrastructure. It provides the large-scale data processing, storage, networking, and collaboration services that enable CERN’s scientific programme. The Department supports the LHC and non-LHC experiments, accelerator systems, and the wider CERN community, while advancing new computing technologies through research, development, and strategic partnerships.
