Zusammenfassung

CERN is seeking a proactive coordinator to support day‑to‑day hospitality and housing services for the CERN community. You will assist with contracts, service requests and coordination with providers in an international setting.

The role offers onsite work with a 24‑month contract (potential extension) and opportunities to contribute to high‑profile events like Open Days 2027, while developing service management skills within CERN’s diverse environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, accommodation or service coordination is preferred.
• Interest in event support for large institutional events.
• Must be eligible to work at CERN and have the required degree by start date.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day operation of catering and housing services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Monitor service quality and contract performance.
• Organise catering components for CERN Open Days 2027.
