Job description

Join our HR People eXperience and Engagement team to play a key role in shaping the employee journey at CERN, supporting a diverse community of students, graduates, and staff while navigating a dynamic and evolving environment.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the main HR point of contact for graduate and student populations within your client department(s), providing expert advice and seamless support throughout their contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to deliver an efficient, responsive, and user-friendly back-office service, handling staff-related actions and queries across key HR processes such as performance management.
• Contribute to an outstanding people experience at CERN by streamlining procedures and continuously improving HR processes and practices.
• Support data-driven decision-making by contributing to reporting and proactively identifying trends or issues at both local and systemic levels.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining open dialogue to continuously enhance services and processes.
• Deliver engaging presentations on HR topics to a variety of audiences, both within and beyond the group.
• Participate in and contribute to HR projects as required.
