Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age at the start of training.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Interest in international development within Kempinski after training.

Responsibilities

• Be available for a 3-year training programme with willingness to learn.
• During summer and winter seasons, work in all operational departments of a hotel.
• Learn and actively participate in training activities.
• Receive training at the highest level.
• Twice a year, attend school for 5 weeks in a block model to study theory.
