Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Key Account Manager Western Switzerland to maximize product impact across priority hemato-oncology accounts in Western Switzerland. This field-based role reports to the Country Manager Switzerland and combines scientific credibility with commercial execution.

Expect ~70% field time engaging hematologists and hospital stakeholders, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver defined objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German; Italian and/or French are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own priority hospital accounts and develop account plans.
• Engage hematologists and key hospital stakeholders face-to-face and remotely.
• Achieve regional sales goals and KPIs; manage account progression in CRM.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access.
