Qualifications

• MD/PhD with 5–10 years’ experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing a team of Medical Affairs associates.
• Experience engaging with health authorities, scientific societies, policy bodies in Switzerland.
• English & German proficiency mandatory.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide local input into global/regional product strategies and support local go-to-market tactics.
• Lead Medical Associates; develop medical strategies aligned with local, regional, and global plans.
• Establish scientifically credible relationships with national and regional opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate medical input for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities and publications.
• Facilitate partnerships with authorities, associations, and patient groups; manage local medical meetings.
