Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication.
• Organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, empathetic, and discreet across channels.
• Comfortable with confidential information and fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Be the first contact for doctors, clinics, patients, and partners via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on services, testing procedures and order status.
• Follow up to ensure inquiries are resolved promptly and escalate when needed.
• Process requests, documentation, and maintain HubSpot records.
• Coordinate courier pickups, shipping labels, and delivery inquiries.
• Support scheduling, office administration, and invoicing activities.
• Generate invoices and send reminders; track payments with finance.
• Maintain records of invoices and payments; collaborate with finance on billing.
