Job summary

Frascati is seeking a Head of Service (m/f/d) for full-time employment in Zürich. You will deputise for the manager, supervise all service stations, and actively drive sales through upselling and cross-selling while leading and coaching service staff.

The role requires completed vocational training (EFZ) in hospitality, with advanced qualifications in gastronomy advantageous, and several years of service experience.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in hospitality with a focus on guest service.
• Gastronomy sector federal diploma or higher certificate advantageous for progression.
• Several years of professional service experience is required.
• Service mindset focused on guest satisfaction and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Deputise during the absence of the manager or deputy.
• Supervise all service stations and work at a service station.
• Active selling, upselling, cross-selling to guests.
• Introduce and motivate service staff; train new employees.
• Handle payments with guests; manage writing menus, inventory, emails, cash register, etc.
