Swissquote, Switzerland’s leading digital bank, seeks an Associate Director for New Client Onboarding in the Business Risk Management function. You will lead end-to-end onboarding for corporate and institutional clients across Gland and Zurich, ensuring regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and service targets.

Reporting to senior BRM leadership, you will manage the team, drive process improvements, and partner with Compliance and Legal to balance growth with risk controls.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years’ track record in client onboarding, KYC/AML, or compliance operations in financial services.
• Leadership or team-lead experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA, AMLA, CDB) and onboarding due diligence standards.
• Very good understanding of client onboarding processes and risk classification.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate priorities to technical teams working on tooling and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the operational and people management aspects of the New Client Onboarding team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding workflows with regulatory compliance and service-level targets.
• Lead transformation initiatives for process optimization and continuous improvement across BRM.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex cases and guide your team accordingly.
• Partner with Institutional Sales, Compliance, and Legal to ensure sustainable growth within risk standards.
• Participate in client or prospect meetings to discuss complex cases when needed.
• Contribute to recruitment cycles and performance management to maintain a motivated team.
• Coach and mentor team members to support career growth.
