Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations, Programme Management.
• A first-level university degree with two years of additional directly relevant experience may be accepted.
• Minimum 10 years in international programme management, project portfolio management or related areas.
• Proven experience in results-based management and donor reporting.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Aufgaben

• Leads the management and oversight of the CREWS programme and project portfolio, ensuring alignment with objectives and procedures.
• Oversees monitoring, evaluation and results-based management frameworks with performance indicators.
• Manages corporate and donor reporting, preparing high-quality reports for governing bodies and partners.
• Serves as a focal point for coordination among CREWS partners and represents the Secretariat in forums.
• Provides strategic leadership and people management to programme staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.
