Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in international programme management, project portfolio management, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning or managing complex international development programmes.
• Proven experience in results-based management and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience preparing reports for governing bodies, executive management and funding partners.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Experience working with international organisations, development agencies or the United Nations system is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Strategic Programme and Portfolio Management: Leads the CREWS portfolio of programmes, projects and partnerships, aligning with Operational Procedures and Steering Committee guidance.
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Results-Based Management: Oversees M&E framework, indicators, and performance data; coordinates evaluations and lessons learned.
• Corporate and Donor Reporting: Prepares reports for Steering Committee, annual performance and donor reports; supports dashboards for decision making.
• Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: Serves as focal point among implementing partners, manages OCG, represents CREWS Secretariat in meetings and engages NMHSs and partner institutions.
• Leadership and People Management: Supervises personnel, sets objectives, fosters accountability, innovation and capacity-building.
