Job summary

Properstar SA is seeking a Growth lead to own B2C growth end-to-end. You will attract buyers and renters and drive them back through AI-augmented strategies across web and app.

You’ll steer multichannel acquisition, lifecycle activation, retention, and reactivation, coordinating with product and nurturing to improve conversions. You’ll manage a paid budget, measure ROI, and build playbooks using Claude-powered tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C growth across channels and markets with real numbers.

Responsibilities

• Set the growth strategy: channels, markets, budgets; defend every euro with data.
• Build multichannel acquisition; test and scale; track CPL, CAC, and payback by channel.
• Connect research to search; convert guides/questions into listings searches and agent inquiries.
• Make the app the first channel: drive installs, adoption, and retention.
• Own the lifecycle: activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, LTV.
• Work the database: segment, nurture, reactivate via email, push, in-app.
• Direct the specialists: set goals, review work, raise the bar.
• Collaborate with product/nurturing; push for conversions; measure lead qualification.
• Prepare the 2028 ramp-up: markets, channels, creative, tracking.
• Build playbooks as Claude skills for team and agents.
• Interact with users; read the data directly.
