Strategyzer AG seeks a hands-on Growth Leader to architect and execute a scalable growth system across self-serve, team, and enterprise segments. You will partner with Product and Sales to improve journey from first touch to purchase and align on measurable outcomes.

Your remit spans demand generation, conversion optimization, and content-driven traffic, powered by data and AI. Report to the CEO and collaborate with experts to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Track record of building growth systems and measurable results.
• Experience in SaaS, subscriptions or digital products.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with analytics and campaigns.
• Evidence of AI and automation workflows driving outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can translate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities across audiences, products and channels.
• Drive demand generation and optimize conversion paths.
• Improve key customer journeys with data-driven experiments.
