Job summary

Straumann Group in Basel seeks a Head of AI Value Creation to shape how AI transforms our commercial operations and customer experiences. You will identify high-value AI opportunities, turn ideas into scalable solutions, and drive adoption across Marketing, Sales, CX, Digital, Data and IT.

Lead the AI value creation agenda, define KPIs, deliver measurable impact, and ensure governance and responsible AI practices while collaborating with diverse teams to accelerate business value.

Qualifications

• We seek a leader who can drive AI and technology-enabled transformation across functions.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI applications in commercial, marketing, or customer-facing contexts.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical tech solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building business cases, defining KPIs, and evaluating impact.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology in complex orgs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape our AI strategy by prioritizing a portfolio of AI initiatives based on value, feasibility and scalability.
• Lead AI initiatives from business case to implementation, adoption and scale.
• Establish metrics and demonstrate improvements in commercial performance, customer experience and productivity.
• Partner with business and tech teams to develop AI solutions integrated into workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to address barriers, support change management and drive adoption of AI technologies.
• Collaborate across functions, markets and external partners to align priorities and deliver shared outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise where to invest, accelerate or redirect resources.
• Promote responsible AI with attention to data privacy, security, regulatory and governance requirements.
