Kanadevia Inova AG is seeking a Senior AI Leader to drive analytics and AI strategy across the organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists, shaping the AI roadmap and delivering scalable solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to transform challenges into measurable AI value, champion responsible AI adoption, and provide technical leadership across GenAI, ML, and modern AI platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in Analytics/Data Science/ML/AI with team-building success.
• Deep expertise in AI, ML, and advanced analytics at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, Azure, and Python.
• Strong business sense to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes.
