Kanadevia Inova AG is seeking a Senior AI Leader to drive analytics and AI strategy across the organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists, shaping the AI roadmap and delivering scalable solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to transform challenges into measurable AI value, champion responsible AI adoption, and provide technical leadership across GenAI, ML, and modern AI platforms.

• Deep expertise in AI, ML, and advanced analytics at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, Azure, and Python.

Qualifications

We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for driving business value through AI, ML and advanced analytics.

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics, including enterprise-scale solution delivery and AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands‑on technical knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, and modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
• Business‑oriented mindsetwith the ability to translate opportunities into impactful solutionsand measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive change, and collaborate across global teams.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or other industrial environments is a plus.
