Zusammenfassung

Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste-to-X technology, seeks a Senior AI/ML Leader to design and deploy advanced AI, ML, and optimization solutions addressing strategic business challenges.

You will mentor technical teams, set experimentation and MLOps standards, collaborate with product and engineering, and ensure compliance, security, and governance across the AI lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, MLOps, cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development practices.
• Experience across PoC, MVP, industrialization, deployment and support of AI solutions.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.

• Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of AI, ML, optimization, and analytics solutions.
• Act as AI and Data Science SME, driving adoption of methodologies and technologies.

Job Description

• Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of advanced AI, machine learning, optimization, and analytics solutions for strategic business challenges.
• Act as the organization's AI and Data Science subject matter expert, driving adoption of best-in-class methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Define and maintain standards for experimentation, model validation, MLOps, monitoring, explainability, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop AI-driven use cases, influence product strategy, and guide architecture decisions.
• Mentor technical teams, promote innovation and analytical thinking, and ensure AI solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI/ML solutions from concept through operations.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, MLOps, cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development practices.
• Experience across the full AI solution lifecycle, including PoC, MVP, industrialization, deployment, and support.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with a successful track record of mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Relevant industry experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
