Zusammenfassung

Kanadevia Inova AG, a global leader in waste infrastructure, seeks a Director of Organisational Development & Talent to lead the OD & Talent team and advance the company’s organisation development capabilities aligned with growth plans.

You will design operating models, structure, roles and decision rights, and drive culture integration for acquisitions while guiding leadership development and AI adoption across the workforce. This role reports to the Executive Committee.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in organisation development or change, with senior or lead responsibilities.
• You work across structure, process and behaviour as a single system and show impact.
• A formal qualification in organisation development or related field is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Organisational Development & Talent team and evolve its centre of excellence.
• Translate the growth strategy into operating models, structures and decision rights.
• Establish a change method and prove it on live programmes.
• Own culture integration for acquisitions and align with the M&A lead.
• Govern succession and leadership continuity; shape senior leadership development.
• Shape employee experience and lead AI adoption across the workforce.
• Serve as trusted counsel to Business Unit heads and the Executive Committee.
