Zusammenfassung

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional to drive Operational Excellence initiatives across the organisation. You will lead cross-functional projects, apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, and translate operational challenges into actionable business cases and implementation plans.

You will define and monitor KPIs, partner with Finance to validate benefits, and coach teams through change management to adopt standardized ways of working.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Analytical mindset with strong facilitation and change skills.
• Fluent English; German a plus; advanced Excel and ERP experience advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional OPEX projects from opportunity to sustainment.
• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities via performance analysis and value stream mapping.
• Act as change agent driving enterprise-wide performance improvement.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to improve productivity, quality, cost, and agility.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance and validate benefits with Finance.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, training and adoption of standardized ways of working.
• Collaborate with leaders to share best practices and report to senior leadership.
