MSC Cruises seeks a Planning professional to transform approved deployment direction into market-ready cruise itineraries. You will own coordination from concept through sale and hand-over, ensuring feasibility and regulatory compliance.

You will run readiness reviews, record actions, and track progress with Planning, Revenue, Marketing, Ports, IT and Operations teams, delivering on-time launch and optimal guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Tourism, Maritime Studies, Business, Operations or related discipline.
• Strong itinerary construction and cruise product experience.
• Experience managing mission-critical planning data and multi-function implementation.
• Fluent English is required.

Aufgaben

• Design itinerary concepts aligned with brand strategy, demand and deployment.
• Complete destination and port assessments covering critical factors.
• Incorporate fuel conservation, sailing-speed feasibility, berth conflicts and shore-experience capacity.
• Own the critical path through approvals, port confirmation and hand-over.
