Zusammenfassung

BLP Digital is seeking a highly skilled enablement leader to build the GTM enablement function from zero. You will design onboarding to get a new rep selling in two weeks and write playbooks for enterprise cycles, pilots, and expansions.

Working with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, and Deployment, you will create internal and customer-facing collateral and own the training calendar, enabling sellers to accelerate growth in a fast-moving, deep-tech scaleup.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, sales enablement, product marketing, or founding your own company.
• Bachelor's / Master's / PhD in a STEM field.
• Able to understand technically complex products quickly and communicate clearly.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build BLP's go-to-market enablement function from scratch.
• Design onboarding that gets a new rep selling in two weeks.
• Write playbooks for enterprise cycles, pilots, and expansions.
• Work with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, and Deployment to build collateral the field uses.
• Build the single source of truth for everything a GTM team member needs.
• Own the Sales and Technical Success training calendar and run the sessions.
