Zusammenfassung

Clayground seeks a driven dual-profile intern to wear both business and technical hats, working hands-on across two tracks: delivering client GTM projects and contributing directly to the Tricle AI platform, Clayground’s SaaS product for AI Agents in Sales for SMB and enterprise clients.

Think of this role as a Forward Deployed Engineer for Tricle AI—close to clients to understand real problems and able to shape the platform based on field feedback with SMB and enterprise teams.

Qualifikationen

• Recent master's degree or equivalent with strong performance.
• Degree in Business with tech focus OR Technical degree with business understanding.
• Ability to understand and build on technical systems and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs, automation tools, AI systems and GTM tools.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Structured, detail-oriented thinker in a fast-moving startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with Tricle AI platform SMB & enterprise clients, gathering deep product feedback from the field.
• Identify gaps and translate client pain points into concrete product improvements.
• Contribute to platform development: build, test, and deploy features with the technical team.
• Onboard clients: ICP definition, sales process mapping, project setup.
• Bridge between client reality and product roadmap.
• Build & operate GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, AI workflows, CRM integrations, outbound infrastructure.
• Build automations for Clayground's sales and marketing efforts.
