Zusammenfassung

Clayground in Zurich is seeking a GTM Consultant/Engineer to bridge sales strategy and technical execution. You will own the full project lifecycle from initial workshop and KPI definition through optimization, collaborating with a high-performance team of data scientists, sales leaders, and data consultants.

The role requires 2+ years of end-to-end GTM experience, English and German fluency, and hands-on GTM tooling (Clay, Instantly, n8n/Make). Flexible remote work with an office in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to understand how Sales and Marketing operate and map to a company model.
• Experience working end-to-end on client projects from ICP definition to reporting.
• Proficiency with GTM tools such as Clay, Instantly, and automation tools like n8n or Make.

Aufgaben

• Own the full project lifecycle from ICP definition to campaign optimization.
• Conduct client onboarding and map sales processes to project setup.
• Build and operate GTM infrastructure including data prep, workflows, CRM setup, and outbound automation.
• Onboard clients to Tricle AI platform and drive campaign ideation, testing, and optimization.
• Advise on CRM data quality, clean-ups, enrichment, and workflow automation.
• Ensure quality and consistency across client engagements, including reporting cadence and handovers.
