TomFit, an AI-native health company, is expanding from 3 to 10 studios in Zürich. You will drive growth, build effective content systems, and develop referral loops that scale across locations.

This role involves running Meta and Google campaigns, CAC optimization, and collaborating with studios, members and the team to turn insights into repeatable growth. On-site Zürich Stettbach is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience growing physical locations or studios.
• Proven ability to launch or scale locations or similar concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, CAC and conversion optimization.

Aufgaben

• Run and optimize growth campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Build content systems, social proof, and referral loops.
• Develop community programmes and automate marketing with AI.
• Collaborate with studios, members and teams to turn insights into growth.
