Zusammenfassung

TomFit Health Training in Zürich is seeking a senior fullstack developer to own initiatives end to end. You will work across the apps our members train with, the backend that runs our hubs, and the TomBot hardware it uses.

You will operate in an AI-first environment, lead cross-functional teams, and test directly with the TomBot in our studios. On-site in Zürich Stettbach or Kraków with excellent English (German a plus) is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience shipping end-to-end products with hardware components.
• Proficient in Java, React, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Hands-on AI development experience beyond prompts.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Zürich Stettbach or Kraków; on-site role.

Aufgaben

• Own initiatives end to end from problem to shipped product.
• Build across the stack: backend services and web/mobile apps, integrate with TomBot and sensor data.
• Work AI-first across design, coding, testing and analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams: design, QA, machine development, product owner.
• Understand the product, train on the TomBot, and iterate with the studio team.
