TomFit AG is building an AI-native health platform and studio network in Zürich. We seek a growth-focused marketer to scale from 3 to 10 studios, blending online and offline strategies with AI-driven automation.

You’ll run growth campaigns across Meta and Google, craft content systems, build referrals and community programs, and translate customer insights into repeatable growth playbooks for new studios. On-site in Zürich, this role values hands-on execution over spreadsheets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in growth, performance or studio marketing.
• Has launched or scaled physical locations or concepts.
• Familiar with Meta/Google Ads and conversion optimization.
